A Different Kind of Rheumatology Care — Built Around You
Premier Medical Concierge operates on a membership model — a fundamentally different approach to rheumatology care that puts you, not your insurance company, at the center of every decision.
What Is a Membership-Based Medical Practice?
A membership practice means you pay a recurring membership fee directly to your physician — not to an insurance company, not to a hospital system, and not to a billing department. In return, you receive a level of access, attention, and personalized care that is simply not possible within the traditional insurance-based healthcare model.
Your membership is not a transaction for a single visit. It is an ongoing relationship with a dedicated physician who knows you, your condition, your history, and your goals — and who is available to you when you need them.
What Your Membership Includes
As a Premier Medical Concierge member you receive:
In-home physician visits — Dr. Kim comes to you, wherever you are in our service area
Same-day and next-day appointment availability — no waiting weeks or months to be seen
Unrushed, comprehensive appointments — time is never a constraint
Direct access to Dr. Kim — call or message your physician directly, not a nurse line or portal
Personalized treatment planning — a care plan built entirely around your condition, lifestyle, and goals
Ongoing monitoring and disease management — regular follow-up without the burden of scheduling
Care coordination — seamless collaboration with your other healthcare providers
Medication management and prescription oversight
Lab review and test interpretation — explained clearly and personally by your physician
This is not a visit. This is a relationship.
Do You Accept Insurance?
Premier Medical Concierge does not bill insurance directly. As a membership practice we operate entirely outside of the traditional insurance system — and that is intentional.
Insurance-based medicine forces physicians to see high volumes of patients in short, rushed appointments. It creates barriers between patients and their doctors, delays care, and reduces every interaction to a billing code. Our membership model eliminates all of that.
However, your membership may still work with your existing benefits:
HSA and FSA accounts can typically be used to cover membership fees
Out-of-network reimbursement may be available depending on your insurance plan — we encourage you to check with your provider
Supplemental insurance policies sometimes cover concierge membership fees
Who Is This Model Right For?
Our membership model is ideal for patients who:
Are living with a complex autoimmune or chronic pain condition that requires consistent, attentive specialist oversight
Have felt rushed, dismissed, or underserved by the traditional healthcare system
Value having a physician who truly knows their case and is available when needed
Want the convenience and comfort of receiving expert care at home
Are ready to invest in a higher standard of medical care
